Title=It is your blog title which will appear on Browser.And i personally can tell you Google may use this as your blog Keyword.So select it thinking and take a best name of your title.
Blog address(URL):::=It is your blog URL address like my blog.After select a nice name then never forget to Check your blog name ability.If you have get a nice name about your blog and depending on your blog subject then enter the Verify number on your screen and click Continue.
