Working F1 to F12 keys on keyboard

Every keyboard there are 12 keys with F symbol.But what is it and what is the work of this keys.Why u will use this keys?OK now i am telling you.

Working of F1 to F12 all keys::

F1=F1 is  a key of helping.If you open a program and press this F1 button then it will show you this program help option.If you are in desktop and then press F1 it will show you Microsoft help options.

F2=It is  very important key.If you want to Rename a file folder document then select that file and press F2 it will allow you to type a name for renaming a file.It will make you fast of working and save your so many times.If you open Microsoft Word and Press ALT+CTRL+F2 it will open a new document.CTRL+F2 for print a file from Microsoft word.

F3=If you press F3 then it will appear Microsoft Search options and some other program also do same function. If you press SHIFT+F3 in Microsoft word it will change your writing format like Capital letter and small letter.

F4=See Microsoft Word last action performed replay by pressing F4.

Press ALT+F4 for close all active Program.And CTRL+F4 for close all active Windows.

F5=It is so simple and need about Evey time.Press this key for Refresh any program.In internet Explorer Any active windows,Microsoft Word and other function refresh.In power point see slide slow pressing F5.Microsoft  Word by pressing this Find word and Go to option.

F6=Press this function for move you mouse pointer in Internet Explorer Address bar.Press Ctrl+SHIFT+F6 for open document in microsoft word.

F7=Press F7 for check grammar and spelling in Microsoft word.Mozilla firefox for  Creat Browsing.Select a word and press Shift+F7 in microsoft word help you find out this selected word same word get Dictionary help.

F8=This key work only when your operating system is start.Press this key when your windows is start for safe mode.

F9=Press this key for Quary 5.0 open messenger toolbox.

F10=Press this key for open Menu bar in Internet Explorer and other open program.Shift+F10 press by selecting a file like Image Link Word and word like the Right button on your Mouse.

F11=Press this for make Full screen mode of your Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. May be other Browser i do not test it on other browser.

F12=Microsoft word press F12 for save as option.Shift+F12 for save document in Microsoft Word.Print a file in Microsoft Word press Ctrl+Shift+F12.
